How do I apply for a "No Grade" (NG)?

Administrative removal of posted grades requires approval by the dean of the college in which the student was enrolled during the semester in which the courses were taken. A NG requires extensive documentation of the extraordinary circumstances justifying the No Grades. The instructor of record and/or department head will be consulted during the process.

The College of Science requires a student to complete an application for No Grades and to include supporting documentation. The application and supporting documentation should be submitted to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs in 514 Blocker. A committee will review the application and determine if the No Grades will be granted. The student will be notified of the decision by the College of Science Dean's office.
